how to do ROI online advertising for general campaign

Dear expert,

but when i checked i find that i have to put product cost, no problem on that but the problem that I don't have products so no cost. like a awernace advertising campaign or competition advertising or like thatm here no product so what I have to do. could you help me ASAP
