Membership Quesitons

Question: If I upgrade, will I get a credit for what I've paid for?

Answer: Yes. If you're on a paid membership and you upgrade we'll apply a credit for the unused portion remaining.

For Example - If a Bronze member ($4,900/year) upgrades to Gold ($15,000/year) halfway through the term, we will apply a $2,450 credit towards a prorated upgrade, resulting in the upgrade to Gold being just $12,550.
