This report compares the performance of organizations using pre-built solutions to the organizations that chose to build their own custom dashboards – either using a dashboard development kit or tool, or built from the ground up using general-purpose development tools. One key research finding is that pre-built dashboards can be implemented in 60% of the time required for a custom-approach. Such dashboards can also be modified in half the time of custom dashboards.
