Looking for ideas on management of content work flow - from initial idea through drafts and approvals to design into various forms - video, infographic, etc - and then distribution/posting....

Way too many emails flying around! May decide to go with Sharepoint since we already have it, but would like to see what else is out there.

Hi Robin, we provide multiple vendor reviews as well as evaluation tools in our Content Marketing study. Sharepoint does a good job in project and document management but is not set us as well for the flow of social content. For content marketing, you may wantto take a look at DNN, SiteCore and CoreMedia. Another option, more for intenal workflow, are private workplace communities like Jive and Igloo. Hi Robin, I wanted to add that our Content Marketing study looks at two sets of vendors: Web Content Management Systems, which I referenced above, and Content Distribution Platforms. In that group, you may want to take a look at Kapost as a good option for publishing and distributon. Please let me know if you'd like a conversation about any of these vendors.

I agree that sharepoint isn't always user friendly. I like to use Microsoft OneNote
